This project features a comprehensive cover and structural redesign for Christina Lane’s popular cookbook series, including Dessert for Two, Sweet and Simple, and Dinner for Two. The goal was to transform the standard cookbook format into a premium, collectible set. The redesign replaces traditional food photography with minimal, elegant food illustrations and utilizes an interactive, layered jacket system to elevate the physical and visual experience of the books.
Each book features a custom outer jacket with precise die-cut windows. These cutouts reveal stylized, fine-line food illustrations printed on the hardback case underneath, inviting the user to interact with the book before even opening it.
